Better Alignment. Better Performance. Better You.

Welcome to Realign

At Realign, we believe that movement is the foundation of a life well-lived. Whether you’re looking to recover from an injury, build a bulletproof core, or simply move with more ease, our studio is designed to help you recalibrate.

We don’t just do “workouts.” We focus on the mechanics of how you move. Through mindful breathwork and precise control, we help you strip away bad habits and rebuild a stronger, more symmetrical version of yourself. It’s time to stop pushing through the pain and start moving with purpose.

What to expect at Realign

  • A Personal Movement Assessment: We don’t believe in “one size fits all.” Every journey at Realign starts with an analysis of your posture and gait to identify where you’re holding tension or lacking stability.

  • Precision Over Repetition: You won’t find mindless “gym-style” sets here. We focus on slow, controlled movements where quality and alignment are prioritised over how many times you can lift a weight.

  • Expert Instruction, Expect hands-on corrections (if you’re comfortable) and verbal cues that help you “feel” muscles you didn’t know you had.

  • A Calm, Focused Atmosphere: Our studio is a “phone-free” zone designed for mental clarity. You’ll leave feeling taller, lighter, and more connected to your body.

  • Small Class Sizes: We keep our groups intimate to ensure you get the individual attention you deserve—no getting lost in the back of a crowded room.

Lee | Founder & Lead Instructor

Lee’s journey into Pilates started with a simple realisation: your body is your most important piece of equipment.

With a background in functional movement and a deep-seated passion for biomechanics, Lee specialises in helping clients find balance, both on and off the mat. He’s known for his “eye for detail,” ensuring every rep is executed with perfect form to get the maximum benefit.

When he’s not in the studio?

You’ll find Lee on the golf course. As an avid golfer, he knows firsthand how vital spinal rotation, core stability, and hip mobility are to a perfect swing. He’s integrated his love for the game into his teaching style, helping fellow golfers (and non-golfers alike!) improve their range of motion and stay injury-free.

“Pilates isn’t just about flexibility; it’s about building a body that supports your lifestyle—whether that’s hitting a long drive or just waking up without an ache.”
