What You'll Do:

• Deliver safe, effective and engaging Reformer Pilates classes to mixed-ability groups with high levels of client care.
• Provide confident hands-on corrections, movement modifications, and tactile cues to help clients better connect with the movement.
• Create a community space where every client feels welcomed, supported and motivated to keep showing up.
• Champion the Realign culture by working with colleagues and students collaboratively and positively.
• Raise standards by presenting a clean, professional image of yourself and the studio, ensuring our clients get a premium studio experience each and every time.
• Keep growing by staying curious, taking feedback, learning from others, and completing regular continuing education and professional development.

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified teachers who hold comprehensive or regulated Pilates teacher training, in both matwork and reformer.
• A rich understanding of the Pilates method and how to apply its fundamentals and principles across the entire repertoire.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate instructions and cues clearly and confidently, in a way that allows every student to realise their full movement potential.
• A self-starter with a proactive outlook, who is reliable and genuinely passionate about helping people become their best selves.
• A team player who brings honesty, integrity and professionalism to everything they do, and who is willing to step in from time to time when the team needs additional support.
• A hands-on practitioner who is confident providing appropriate hands-on correction as and when necessary to support clients' practice.
• A professional who is committed to high standards and who thrives in a professional boutique studio, providing a premium Pilates experience to clients.

Realign Pilates is a brand new, contemporary Pilates studio and training facility opening in the heart of Chorley, and we're on the lookout for talented, qualified and experienced mat and reformer teachers to help us shape what promises to be something truly special. Realign isn't your average studio. It’s been designed from the ground up as a state-of-the-art dual-purpose space, serving both as a premium Pilates studio and a training academy for new and aspiring teachers. With its stylish and minimalistic design, Realign will be offering matwork and reformer sessions, including hybrid classes combing both disciplines. We will also be introducing tower classes later in the year, and so there will be opportunities to get involved with that training at a later date also.
